MMP is a clinical treatment designed to improve hair loss. It involves incisions in the scalp using a device with small needles, followed by the simultaneous application of medications to the affected area.
In mesotherapy, the medication is infused subcutaneously (deeper) and the doses are given in some regions (not all areas).
In MMP , on the other hand, the infusion is intradermal (more superficial) but is performed along the entire length of the scalp, meaning the medication is better distributed, in addition to providing the effect of micro needles that stimulate vascularization, improving hair follicles.
